Mandatory: A parcel opening video is required to process any claims for damaged or missing items.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

Non-eligible Items for Refund

We do not offer refunds for items that have been used, damaged after receipt, or are not in their original condition.

Earrings and other pierced jewelry are exempt from refunds due to hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
